Refund policy

We strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their order. Due to the perishable nature of our meals, certain restrictions apply. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items
Because our meals are made fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered or picked up. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as missing items, damage, or incorrect meals—please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and contact us immediately at Hello@ThePreppedKitchen.com if your meals are damaged, incorrect, or missing. We’ll evaluate the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement meal or store credit.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the weekly meal prep cut-off date. Once meal production has started, we’re unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
  • Perishable goods (meals, beverages, or other food items)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Gift cards or discounted/sale items

Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund or credit is approved due to an order issue, you’ll be notified via email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
